The operating principle of the ribbon mixer is that a double-layered helical blade is arranged on the main shaft of the drive, the inner screw conveys the material to the outside, and the outer screw gathers the material to the inside. Under the convective movement of the double-layer spiral belt, the material forms a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment. The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the stirring shaft drive the material in the barrel, so that the agitator can turn the material in the barrel to the greatest extent. When the stirring device is working, the inner screw drives the material close to the axis to rotate the axis, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to both sides. It can be uniformly mixed in a short time.
Ribbon mixer has the following advantages

- High mixing uniformity: It can evenly mix materials with a ratio of 1:10000, especially for materials with larger specific gravity characteristics. - Less residual amount: users always think that the residual amount of horizontal equipment is large, but this is not the case.
