First, the effect of the particle size of the linear vibrating screen on the screening efficiency.The sieved material is easy to be sieved and difficult to sieved. Since the easily separated materials easily pass through the sieve holes, the materials remaining on the surface of the sieve are rapidly reduced, thereby greatly reducing the interference with the materials that are difficult to sieve.

In addition, when the same material is sieved with sieves with different sieve openings, the effect of moisture on the sieving efficiency is also different. The larger the mesh, the smaller the effect of moisture. Because the larger sieve holes can quickly sift out small water particles, the moisture of the material on the surface of the sieve is greatly reduced, and the effect of moisture on the sieving process is reduced. If the proportion of water in the material is large, the moisture content in the material reaches 80% or higher, or the material is displayed in the form of a slurry, it can basically be called filtration.
