The rocking sieve is a relatively new type of low-speed vibration screening machinery. The rocking sieve allows you to easily perform large-capacity, high-density screening tasks.

The rocking sieve simulates the human hand sieving action and process, and performs three-dimensional circular motion, skillfully combining (planar circular motion) and squatting (upward parabolic motion), circular motion and upper throwing motion, so the rocking sieve has the characteristics of high screening accuracy, high efficiency, large output and long life (5-10 times of ordinary vibrating screen).

It is suitable for all kinds of fine and ultra-fine particle materials, more suitable for materials that are difficult to handle. The rocking sieve can also independently adjust the speed, eccentricity and radial force to change the material time and movement path to meet the physical properties of different materials and the screening effect of customer screening requirements.

The basic rotary motion of the rocking sieve is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity can be adjusted from 25 to 40 mm, and the low-speed V-belt drive can be adjusted from 120 to 360 rpm. The residence time of each product can be adjusted towards the drive shaft by the radial and chamfering of the high-precision vibrating screen. Therefore, establish a level and throw a three-dimensional flip action.
