If problems such as failure of ultrasonic transducers will directly affect the progress of production operations. So let’s analyze the common problems and solutions.
1. The ultrasonic transducer is damp
Ultrasonic transducers are precision electronic components. If they are found to be damp, the solution is to dry them in time. If the humidity of the material is high, it will also affect the screening effect, so if necessary, the material should be dried before feeding.
2. Ultrasonic transducer degumming
The degumming of the ultrasonic transducer is usually caused by the aging of the rubber. The solution is to re-bond it, which is usually caused by long-term use.
3. Ultrasonic transducer ignition
If the ultrasonic vibrator is damaged, it will definitely cause the ultrasonic transducer to ignite and affect the performance of the screening machine. The solution is to detect and replace the vibrator in time.
Therefore, the following issues should be paid attention to in the daily use of ultrasonic vibrating screens:
1. The power supply voltage and current should be stable. If necessary, a voltage stabilizer can be installed to make the ultrasonic transducer work normally.
2. When installing the ultrasonic transducer, lock it tightly to prevent loosening. Loosening may cause bumps during work, and foreign objects may enter it and damage the transducer.
3. Purchase from regular manufacturers, do not mix different models.
