2. Reduce the amount of material on the sieve per unit time
When the actual amount of material on the screen surface is about 80% of the screening capacity, the screening efficiency is high. Therefore, appropriately expand the screening area. When the aspect ratio is above 2:1, it is beneficial to improve the screening efficiency.
3. Increase vibration force and amplitude
Increase the vibration force and amplitude, increase the impact stress and shear stress of the sieve plate on the material, overcome the adhesion between materials, reduce the blockage of the screen surface, and make the material loose, layered, and screened quickly.
