Screening Accuracy
The rectangular gyratory sifter is good at screening medium precision materials (70 mesh-180 mesh), and the linear vibrating screen is good at screening coarse precision materials (10 mesh-70 mesh)
If the user needs to screen the material quickly through the coarse screen, and the particle size accuracy of the material is not required, then the linear vibrating screen is selected. If the user screens the material with relatively high accuracy requirements, or screens with multiple particle sizes, then the rectangular gyratory sifter is used.

On the premise that both the linear vibrating screen and the rectangular gyratory sifter can meet the screening requirements of users, a relatively low-cost linear vibrating screen can be selected.Taking a single-layer screen as a reference, comparing the price of a linear vibrating screen and a rectangular gyratory sifter, the price of a rectangular gyratory sifter is 3-5 times that of a linear vibrating screen.
