- Connect the device. The food-grade vibrating screen needs to use sealing parts such as sealing rubber ring and soft connection, which is beneficial to ensure the air tightness and durability of the vibrating screen. These seals are usually made of silicone, and although silicone is more expensive than rubber, silicone is more durable, hygienic, and more stable than rubber.
- Create a dust-free space. In order to ensure the hygiene of food raw materials, the vibrating screening machine must have good air tightness. On the one hand, it can prevent the waste of resources caused by the escape of materials, and on the other hand, it can also prevent the escape of powder materials from causing mutual contamination of various materials in the same workshop. , affecting the production process. - Equipment cleaning. Food-grade vibrating screens must be cleaned and disinfected regularly, even stainless steel vibrating screens require this process. This determines that the vibrating screen must have the characteristics of simple cleaning process, no pollution, and convenient disinfection. No dead angle means that the manufacturer will grind the surface of the equipment and the welding points when producing each stainless steel vibrating screen, so as to ensure that the surface of the food vibrating screen is clear and smooth, and there may be no accumulation of powder during the screening process.
