1) Motor wiring: The motor provides corresponding power for the tumbler screener, and the motor wiring is one of the sources of danger. During work, if the connecting wire is aging, rolling, etc., air leakage may occur, and once it leaks, there will be a risk of electric shock or fire. Therefore, during use, the wires should be checked regularly in each shift, and if damaged, they should be replaced in time;
2) Motor problems: During use, if there is a lack of lubricating oil in the motor, or there are impurities in the lubricating oil, the bearing will be locked, and the locking torque of the bearing will cause abnormal vibration of the equipment and cause damage to the health of the operator. When using the tumbler screener, the lubricating oil should be checked and replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the motor;
3) The sealing performance of the equipment: For some fine powder materials, the sealing performance of the tumbler screener is very important. Therefore, when producing fine powder, flammable and explosive materials, we must always pay attention to the sealing of the equipment. If there is any material leakage, the maintenance should be stopped immediately;
4) Operation of the tumbler screener: When operating the sieve machine, personnel cannot approach it, because the tumbler screener will generate large vibrations during work, and once approached, it will cause injury to the staff. Therefore, when the device is running, please do not start it.
