The influence of the phase angle of the rotary vibrating screen on the screening effect
During the normal operation of the rotary vibrating screen, due to the various characteristics of the materials, different shapes will cause various forms of screen hole blockage. The main reasons for the blockage are as follows:
- Spherical particles or materials with multiple contact points to the mesh;
- More flake particles;
- Contain a large number of particles close to the separation point;
- Materials with fibrous materials;
- The water content of the material is high;
