Different Operating Modes

The tumbler screen is a low-frequency vibro sifter that imitates artificial shaking. It combines planar circular motion ─ sieve and upward parabolic motion ─ bumps to form a non-linear three-dimensional tumbling motion, the materials are evenly dispersed from the center to the outer edge on the screen surface, that is, the materials are dispersed from the center with an involute spiral motion to complete the screening operation.

The shaking body of rectangular gyratory sifter means that the sieve box reciprocates back and forth under the action of inertial force,the sieve box and the sieve surface are periodically shaken, so that the materials on the sieve surface make a directional jump movement along with the sieve box.During the period,the material smaller than the screen hole falls to the lower layer through the screen hole and becomes the sieve. The material larger than the screen hole diameter is discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling and jumping movement to complete the screening work.

Different Materials
