EVERSUN rectangular gyratory sifter is one kind of high efficiency and large capacity sieving equipment. Rectangular gyratory sifter adopts a fully enclosed structure, which is easy to install and control. The general design is 3 ~ 5 layers, and it can grade 4 ~ 6 sizes of materials in the same time. Working Principle of Rectangular Gyratory Sifter

After rectangular gyratory sifter is started, the screen box reciprocates back and forth under the effect of inertial force, and the screen box drives the screen to periodically movement. With this unique gyratory motion, the materials on the sieve surface will spread fast across the full area of sieve at the feed side and perform a directional jumping movement with the screen box.

During this period, the material smaller than the sieve hole falls to the lower layer through the screen hole, and the material larger than the sieve hole continues to move on the sieve and is finally discharged from the discharge port to achieve the screening work.The user can also adjust the horizontal angle to achieve different sieving capacity and precision.
