Vacuum conveyors and bulk bag unloaders are common equipment combinations during material feeding and transfer. They can work together to achieve efficient material supply and transfer. 
The first is the positioning of the bulk bag. The bulk bag unloader usually has lifting equipment or hoisting devices for lifting and positioning the bulk bag to the feeding position. Once the materials are transferred to the bulk bag unloader, the lifting equipment can lift the bulk bag and accurately place them at the feeding position. The materials are then released into the buffer silo under the action of the unloading device, and then the materials are loaded on the vacuum conveyor. Under the action of pressure, the material is sucked from the raw material buffer silo into the hopper of the machine and then released to the location you want.
The entire feeding and conveying process is sealed with no dust leakage, and through the negative pressure of the Eversun vacuum conveyors, the material is quickly and accurately sucked into the hopper to ensure continuity and stability of supply.
