Unloading and feeding part: Unloading equipment usually consists of an emptying valve, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder, a screw feeder, an electric valve, etc. These types of equipment will be designed and selected based on the on-site process conditions and material properties. The feeding part is the actuator that feeds materials from the silo to the weighing equipment. Enterprises can choose different feeding equipment according to the different characteristics of the materials.
In general, the structure of the automatic batching system is complex and sophisticated. From top to bottom, each part has its specific role and function. Only when each part works together can the efficient operation of the entire system be ensured.
