FIBC unloaders are usually used to manually unload bags or sacks of material (nogle gange kaldet bulk eller big bags) at opskalere deres drift. Eversun bulk bag unloaders are available in crane operated and forklift loaded models. Each model ensures zero material leakage and dust-free operation during any unloading process.

- Heavy duty structure with high performance design. Each Eversun device is custom designed for your application and constructed from heavy duty tubing. Stable structure design, can withstand 2 tons of bag lifting and placement
- Safe and efficient operation. Chain hoist with motorized trolley ensures accurate, precise and safe positioning every time. When the bag is in place, it is fully encased within the frame of the big bag unlaoder and securely fastened to the top, fully supported by the hopper.
- Adjustable bottom and top frame. Eversun’s bulk bag unloader can customize the machine frame according to your needs, such as bag size, room limit, etc. so that the machine can perfectly suit your use
- Bag bottom perforation/slitting device. For applications using “single-use” poser, a bag opening device can be installed directly under the FIBC unloader receiver cone, thereby eliminating manual bag opening
- Full design flexibility. Describe your application and we will design a conveyor line to meet the requirements of your process line – including screw conveyors or vacuum feeders, etc. If desired, Eversun can install a dust collector at the factory to ensure complete, waste-free evacuation.
